Missing Email Tips

If you do not receive email sent by Earthwork Software Services check your spam, bulk, or junk mail folders--if you find our email in these folders, your ISP and/or other spam filters are diverting our email (see this related FAQ if you are looking for a missing seminar registration confirmation).

The following steps can help insure that our email messages are actually delivered to your inbox:

ISPs

Some email providers filter messages based on content, subject line (our email notices will always include the word "AGTEK" in the subject line), or the sender's address and may put your email into a bulk or junk mail folder. In general, be sure "@EarthworkSoftwareServices.com" is on your "approved senders" list or "whitelist" and is included in your email "address book." Occasionally ISPs will unilaterally institute new mail controls that block even previously received email without your knowledge. The only solution to this problem is for you to be aware of what triggers your ISP's blockage and to then take steps to make sure the ISP delivers our email.

Spam Blockers/Filters and Email Software
